If you've worked with me or followed my content for a while, you've undoubtedly heard me emphasize the importance of knowing your core values. These values serve as a foundation for all your actions.

How do you use your core values?
You filter decisions through them.
My top three core values are Kindness, Honesty, and Growth.
Whenever I need to make a decision, I ask myself:
Am I coming from a place of kindness?
Am I being honest?
Does this inspire growth?
There are two moments in my life where I undoubtedly acted outside of my core values. I made decisions that came from a place of fear and did nothing for my growth.
While I no longer regret those choices (forgiveness and grace are amazing things), I still look back on them as clear examples of what happens when I stray from what matters most to me.
