I see insecure attachment styles in many of my burnout clients. Without self-awareness we're more likely to use unhelpful coping strategies to deal with what's going on.
It depends on their burnout pattern but often with the people-pleasers, perfectionists or overthinkers, there is an interpersonal discomfort driving many avoidance or ignoring boundaries.
I hear their self-stories which are about how they've learnt to be or act early on which bumps up unhelpful coping habits.

Absolutely! Childhood patterns (survival responses and attachment) carry into adulthood. I'd love to collaborate at some point if you're interested!
