I just listened to your podcast on how childhood patterns shape reactions. I welcomed this post because it was delivered during a time of need for me. I am learning how to navigate conflict with my husband while maintaining my boundaries and what I feel is acceptable is our relationship. Allowing him to have his own emotions as I have mine is difficult but necessary. Your words offered me positive reinforcement. Thank you!

I’m so glad they are helpful.

I’m curious, do you know your enneagram number? I’ve found it can be really helpful when exploring conflict in relationships.

I didn't know I have an enneagram number, but now that I know I will figure it out. Is it the quiz on your relationship website?

It's a personality framework, I find it helpful when it comes to relationship dynamics. There are many tests online but the best way to find your type is to read about the types. Particularly the core wound and core motivation. I do typing sessions if you'd like help! I also have a PDF of the 9 types I'll DM it to you if you'd like?

Yesterday I took a personality test that my daughter shared. I am a commander. Please feel free to share the 9 types PDF you have. In a few weeks I will be posting on character traits so perhaps I could share your substack at that time.
